Pastor. Kip Ingram
I came with excitement to Twinbrook Baptist Church in 1999 to serve as pastor.
My wife and two daughters made the long trip with me from Texas, where much of our extended
family still resides. Although I was raised and educated in a southern baptist context,
my faith perspective today is largely progressive.
I am continually amazed at how the love
of God keeps challenging and growing my boundaries beyond the earlier parts of my faith journey.
I enjoy serving as pastor of TBC, where I and others can work out our faith in common ways
even as we recognize and share our differences.
My wife Carla is a talented music teacher
at Wootton High School, and my two daughters are currently students at Rockville High School
where they both enjoy music and drama and other activities. In my spare time, I like to read,
go to movies, watch the news (yep, I can be a news junkie!), and spend time with my family.
We live in the Twinbrook neighborhood and enjoy being part of the community.
